Receiving Agency Service in North America
If you do not have any agent in North America or would like to change your agent for export shipments to North America, then we can offer all the usual services to you:
Send arrival notice to importer.
Collect original B/L and any ocean freight and charges due.
Send collected funds to you after collection.
Offer any services required by importer, e.g. customs clearance, inland transport, re-forwarding and storage.
Advise you of date of release, etc.
Pay any funds required by the line on your behalf.
We can also arrange through a network of local customs broker / agents can arrange clearance of any import shipment into the USA. We maintain a network of local firms that represent us and handle the local documentation for United States Customs. They are all bonded and insured and are in good standing in their local region. If you want us to arrange for any import clearance please note that all the correspondence should be through our main office. We will pass on the details to the local office / agent as needed.
We have local brokers / agents in most of the ports in the USA as well as many of the major inland cities where goods can be cleared through customs.

Coordinate the shipments from the suppliers and keep you advised
Act as your contact for cargo from any part of the USA or Canada
We have our own House B/L and Waybill that can be used for shipments coming to us.
